There is one God. He is forever the three persons of the Trinity: Father, Son and the Holy Spirit. He has sent His only son, Jesus Christ to die as a ransom and atonement for our sins. He is author of all text within the Holy Bible. He is the provider, healer and creator of all things- including Heaven and Earth. He is just and loving. He is Yaweh.
(Genesis 1:1; Exodus 3:15; Isaiah 44:6; Matthew 14:36, 28:19; John 3:16; Philippians 4:19; 2 Timothy 3:16)
Jesus is the Son of God and also God as the second person of the Trinity. He was sent to Earth as fully man and fully God. He is the only person to live a fully sinless life. He was born of a virgin and performed many miracles. He was sent to Earth so he could die on the cross for the forgiveness of mankind's sins. Three days after His death on the cross, he was raised from the dead. He has now ascended into Heaven and is sitting at the right hand of God waiting to return and get His children. He is the Mesiah.
(Isaiah 7:14; Matthew 1:23, 17:5; Mark 1:40-45; Luke 5:3-10; John 1:41, 2:1-11; Acts 7:55-56; Philippians 2:6-7; 1 Peter 2:24; 1 John 3:5)
Holy Spirit, given to men at Pentecost, is the third person of the Trinity. The Holy Spirit is the power and gifts to which are available to all believers. He is the power for the believers to manifest witness and gifts, including but not limited to: Word of Wisdom, Gifts of Healing, Prophecy, Discerning of Spirits, Speaking in Tongues, and the Interpretation of Tongues. Holy Spirit is God's personal power and presence in action for today. He is the empowerment of the church for all people to see His signs and wonders, and to experience His comfort. He is the comforter left after Jesus' ascension into Heaven.
(John 15:26, 20:22; Acts 1:8, 2:1-4, 10:38; 1 Corinthians 12:1-11; Titus 3:5-6)
We believe in the Bible as being the only authentic Word of God that reveals the truth and direction for our lives here on Earth. We believe the Word of God will never pass away; it will stand forever. The Bible is an inspirational handbook, that helps guide us on our journey of life. The Bible states that man shall not live on bread alone but on every word that comes from the mouth of God. This is the story of creation and everything down to the end of time with the most central message being that of Jesus Christ.
( Isaiah 40:8; Matthew 4:4, 24:35; 2 Timothy 3:16-17)
We are saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ: His death, burial and resurrection. One must believe in this death, burial and resurrection and say that Jesus is Lord to receive this free gift of salvation.
(Ephesians 2:8-9; Galatians 2:16, 3:8; Titus 3:5; Romans 10:9-10; Acts 16:31; Hebrews 9:22)
We believe that sanctification is the ongoing process where the Holy Spirit works on believers to set themselves apart as Christians. The result of sanctification is the ongoing fulfillment of the believer developing Christ- like behaviors and characteristics and in turn, living a Holy lifestyle. The sanctified are committed to God's truth and serve as witnesses to His power and grace in the world. Sanctification is to make Holy, to purify from everything that contaminates body and spirit, thus perfecting Holiness- through and by Christ only- out of reverence for God.
( Romans 6:11-13: 2 Corinthians 7:1; Colossians 3:9-10; 1 John 4:4-5)
Believers' citizenship is in heaven and from it we await our Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ, who will transform our bodies to be like His glorious body through His power that enables Him to bring everything under His control. Just as it is written, things which eyes have not seen, and ears have not heard God has gone to prepare a place for us. This place has total peace and is the place of believers' glorious inheritance. It is perfect in every way. There is only one way to get to Heaven and that is through the Son of God- Jesus Christ. All who receive salvation will inherit the Kingdom of God.
( John 6:44: 1 Corinthians 2:9; Philippians 3:20-21: 1 Peter 1:4; Revelation 21:7, 22:3)
After God's judgement, along with the Devil and fallen angels, the unbelievers will go to Hell in which they will be eternally tormented. This place was created for the Devil and his angels. It is a place of torment for the people that God never knew. Those who are unbelievers and reject God will spend eternal life shut out from them Presence of the Lord. This is not a place in which God sends people, it is every person's choice where they spend eternity.
(Matthew 25:41, 46; Mark 9:42-48; 2 Thessalonians 1:9)
He is coming again. He will establish His kingdom and gather His children who are believers. We must be ready at all times for the return of Christ. This will happen in the twinkling of an eye- so quick. He is coming soon to get His children.
( Matthew 24:30, 44; Acts 1:9-11; 1 Corinthians 15:51-52; 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17; Revelation 22:12)
